An ivory gown with lace applique floral detail designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen.

The tiara, known as the Cartier halo tiara, was made in 1939 and given to then Princess Elizabeth (now Queen) on her 18th birthday.

The earrings were designed especially for Kate by Robinson Pelham.
